Respect, support, enjoyment, safety, and the wellbeing of everyone working in all areas of the productions are our number one priorities.  

The organization will provide an encouraging creative environment that will enable all team members to express their creativity and themselves in their own unique way, as well as challenge their limits as they grow professionally and personally.

All creative, artist, and production team members will feel they are part of a large extended family, even when they bring their own families along.  We will all do whatever we can to make every company member feel at home, and for those of our performers who tour with their families, we will offer special living conditions and schooling for their children.

While there are many differences between life on a resident show (performing in a theatre) and life touring (performing under the big top, or in an arena), we will always do our utmost to ensure the best conditions.  Our aim is to create an environment where everyone involved with our shows can thrive both personally and professionally.

Working with Live Arts Live will be a unique experience.  We will bring together great minds and talents from around the world and provide an exciting and professional environment where everyone will be encouraged to express and challenge themselves.  Some of the talents will include choreographers, dancers, unique performers, staging, music composers, musicians, coaches, props, sets, costumes, wigs, masks, make-up, lighting, video projection, special effects, sound, and rigging.

Being part of our shows will not only give our creative teams, performers and production technicians an opportunity to do what they love best, it's also a wonderful chance for them to interact with skilled, like-minded people who will also become a part of their extended family.
